PDX Veganuary is an all-vegan market scheduled to take place in January 2025. Veganuary is a annual worldwide challenge to encourage individuals to adopt a vegan diet for the entire month of January. This initiative aims to raise awareness about the drawbacks of the animal agricultural industry and improve the well-being of all animals, including ourselves. Organized by NW VEG, a plant-based nonprofit organization supporting people in their transition to a vegan lifestyle, the event seeks to create a friendly, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for attendees to eat, cook and, learn about living a more vegan lifestyle.
